This monthly subscription program includes two monthly acupuncture treatments at a membership only rate of $210, for only $105 a treatment.

Additional acupuncture treatments within the month of membership are a membership only rate of $105. This program is a great check-in for your self-care time, keeping you on the right path to feeling balanced! Cupping and Guasha is complimentary for D|M Members

This Membership is a three-month minimum commitment and begins at the time of purchase. Initial appointments are NOT included. Your membership will process on the 1st of each calendar month, and renew on a month-to-month basis after the three-month commitment period. Your credit card must be updated and on file, and will require a 30 day written notice for all membership cancelations.

There will be no accrued monthly credits or refunds accepted. The 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments, and all cancellations inside the 24 hour window will forfeit membership credit. Appointments prior to the 24 hour cancellation period, may be rescheduled for membership credit within the membership month of purchase.

Memberships have a limited capacity, and waitlisted when full. Please contact D|M to see if there is availability. Please note that all Membership appointments cannot be coded for insurance submission.
